GONEC high performance butterfly valves are available in
sizes DN50 to DN1500. The valve is manufactured in double flanged, wafer
and shouldered (victaulic) pattern. The principal feature of the Gonec
valve is its ability to seal against full line test pressure in both
directions of flow - it is Bi-Directional.
The valve is available from 10 Bar to 40
Bar. The standard valve incorporates resilient rubber seal ring that is
located in the valves body perimeter, offset to the disc shaft
centerline - the shaft does not pass through the seal. The seal and seat
are spherically arranged with the inference adjustable by increasing the
ring force through tensioning each clamp screw individually. Both seal
and pressure rings are replaceable.
